Terms & Conditions
- Additional items out with the quote are to be costed separately.
- Payment upon completion with any paperwork provided following this.
- Any plastering/painting or repair work following installation of cables is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. (installation will always be to avoid this but certain circumstances require interior building intrusion .)
- Any other damages incurred will be paid for by Essjay Electrical Services Ltd)
- 12 months warrant provided on all installations and equipment.
- Please allow 1 hour either side of appointment times to allow for prior jobs that over run or finish early.
- Any customer supplied items will have no warranty.
- Essjay Electrical Service Ltd cannot be held responsible for any works carried out by others after arranged works have been completed.
- Any jobs over the value of £1000 will involve stage payments to be arranged with Essjay Electrical Services and client.
- Any jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee.
- Any legal costs for pursuing overdue payments will be allocated to the debtor.
- Late payment may incur extra fees.
